Dealer Venom is introducing a brand new integration to Twilio, split into two sections: Voice and SMS metric tracking.
Voice Tracking
These can all be found in the ‘metrics’ section in the right-hand filter menu. In the voice section, the metrics are broken down into three categories:
1. General Metrics
- Answered By
- Direction
- Duration
- From
- Name
- Status
- To
2. Status Metrics
- Busy
- Cancelled
- Completed
- Failed
- No Answer
3. Direction Metrics
- Inbound
- Outbound
- Outbound Dial
SMS
Similar to Voice Tracking, SMS is broken into categories:
Message Metrics
- Date
- Direction
- From
- Media
- Status
- To
Direction Metrics
- Inbound
- Outbound
- Outbound Replies
- Sent During Call
Status Metrics
- Delivered
- Failed
