Job Description

The Digital Performance Manager is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for Dealer Venom clients. This position is primarily focused on paid search ads within the Google and Bing advertising platforms and paid social within Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Twitter and LinkedIn. Campaigns will also include retargeting, display, and video ads. This position includes 25% strategy, budget allocation, client communication, and 75% hands-on research, implementation, optimization, and reporting on campaigns. Looking for an individual contributor who can work seamlessly with in-house and client teams.


  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing including social media, SEO, SEM, and analytics
  • Must be very organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Fast learner & interested in new technologies
  • The ability to remain cool under pressure
  • Automotive Knowledge
  • Digital Advertising experience

Responsibilities May Include

  • Maintaining and building client relationships
  • Present & discuss digital strategy
  • Educate clients on Dealer Venom website capabilities
  • Staying on top of industry trends
  • Work seamlessly with a wide range of different departments
  • Optimize website performance
  • SEO – Work with 3rd parties and develop strategies for Dealer Venom + organize and manage campaigns for active paying clients as well as recording a work log
  • SEM (Reach) – Manage active campaigns and reporting / analytics
  • Connect + Analytics (Connect) – Manage client reporting, assist in setting up access for clients, monthly reporting if desired.  This could include usage of the Dealer Venom Analytics platform.
  • Google Search Console – Responsible for linking, maintaining, and communicating items with GSC for all Dealer Venom websites.
